Getting an exclusive pool within 60m of the beach is a rare treasure in Diani. We have 2 plunge pools! One pool for The Pool house guests. One pool for The Colobus House guests. We aim to give you a few days extra holiday by keeping our prices competitive & affordable. Longer stays get rewarded, and you won’t want to leave. Many guests request to extend their stay! All located in a beautiful beachfront villa just 3 Minute walk, 60m on to the beach. We are situated at House 8 inside 108 Sea Views premier gated estate in central Diani Beach. Wiith 24 hour security guards & access controlled gates. Staff that come in 09h00 to 16h00 daily except Sundays. Free unlimited Wi-Fi. Digital nomads welcome. Short let or long let available. You can book more than one apartment for groups. The Pool House / The Colobus House can be joined with The Tree House and The Beach House to make a 2 bedroom / 3 bedroom or 4 bedroom option. Walking distance to shops & restaurants. Bank & doctors nearby. 10-minute drive to Diani Airport. 1 hour flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport to Diani Airport.

We are located in the central part of Diani Beach, which is situated on the South Coast of Kenya. Voted Best Beach in Africa 3 times at the World Travel Market. Diani Beach Calm Living has 4 serviced apartments located within 60m of the beach, situated inside a secure housing compound called 108 Sea Views Diani, on the beach front. The house consists of a double storey villa set in an indigenous forest garden, which is a quarter acre property. We have 60-year-old trees, birds, butterflies & bushbaby visits. The shops & restaurants nearby are word class, you can find most types of food & all within walking distance. You can learn to Kite Surf, or ride a camel, feed a bushbaby & visit the Kongo River at sunset or dawn for a picnic. Diani is full of adventures & animals not found anywhere else, tropical fish, 5 types of primates & the indigenous beautiful wild Black & White Colobus Monkey troop comes to visit & eat flowers & leaves in the garden often because we have no dogs to scare them off. There are glass bottom boat trips to the reef to swim with tropical fish & there are Scuba Diving classes nearby or Deep Sea Fishing excursions available. You can enjoy learning to kite surf or have a round of golf with the wildlife at the Diamonds Leisure Golf & Beach Resort course, which is just a 10-minute drive from the house. Enjoy dining at our world-class Diani restaurants & hotels & enjoy tropical delights found nowhere else in the world. Mombasa Air Safaris will fly you to Masaai Mara game reserve in 2 hours where you can experience the Kenya world famous Beach to Bush Safari, a bucket list experience. Mombasa Air Safaris also flies from Diani to Tsavo & Amboseli & Malindi. Sky Safaris are their speciality. May you return many times to Diani, Karibu!
